One of the core activities of MaBa Consulting SRL is focused on the Special Services that can be offered to foreign students that decide to study in Rome Universities.
Services are relevant to a wide range of potential needs and are shortly described in the “general menu” shown below. Students can review the “general menu” and select the services that they want to be activated.
For needs not included in our general menu, you can contact us and we'll analyze the possibility to provide you with a specific support.
Prices: Services will be sized in order to result as linked to the specific support needs of each student, including the economic affordability. We suggest that interested Students contact us for the development of a dedicated price scenario.

We can help you during your staying in Rome. We'll be at your disposal for every problems that you could face during your staying in Italy.

This service includes:

• SOS support with 24/24 telephone contact available for emergencies
• Students Welcome Meeting with one reception meeting at arrival organized to start all local services that have been requested
• Service Monitoring with one monthly meeting or teleconference focused on monitoring the level of offered services and to discuss how to support any possible new need.

We can help you in finding an affordable place for living in Rome. A very wide range of accommodations can be made available, from single room to small, medium or even large apartments. Students can start the selection of the preferred option even before arriving in Italy: we can provide them with characteristics and prices, by Email.

This service includes:

• assistance for the lease contract starting from the selection of preferred housing opportunity, development of the lease contract text, and formalities imposed by Italian authorities.
• provision of a temporary housing (B&B, Hotel,….) in case students needs time, after arrival in Italy, for better reviewing the available housing options
• repair and maintenance activities with the organization and implementation of the repair/ maintenance workers, as needed.

We can help you in daily, and special, needs of transport in Rome at good prices from your arrival to your departure offering you all the available opportunities.

This service includes:

• transfer from/to Rome Airports with one round trip between Rome airports and your home/hotel/B&B, by car or minivan
• daily transfer, with the availability of several options, including: pick-up service to your destination, renting of motorbikes, renting of car/minivan, special public transport tickets purchase…
• special transfer with the availability of car/ van for any specific need and date
• Please consider that the transfer from Rome Airports to your house/hotel/B&B has to be booked before your arrival.

We can help you in your daily meal needs. In Rome you'll find many places to eat at lunch/dinner

This service includes:

• daily lunch delivered to your University
• special food shopping and delivery, if requested
• All specific request for your meal has to be booked in advance.

The objective of this support service is to help the students to develop the information needed in order to explore the possibility to start an employment in Italy/ Europe

This service includes:

• Assistance to develop a Curriculum Vitae
• Provision of mailing list for the dissemination of request for employment
• Assistance in the contacts with European industrial organizations, if requested

Rome is a great city to visit and a great place to have fun. We can help you to have fun in your free time giving you several options.

This service includes:

• touristic tours information and organization (city sightseeing bus, walking tours..)
• special days trip even in the Rome nearby
• Please consider that specific request has to be booked in advance.

This service includes:

• registration to the Italian Health Service (mandatory depending on duration of staying)
• implementation of any additional insurances, if needed
• implementation of convention with medical assistance center, if needed

Development of any (italian) documentation required by national / regional authorities; this includes:

• permesso di soggiorno (residency permit)
• Tax Code
• paperwork in case of opening of a bank account in Italy
